It is possible to contact the Health Center on the toll-free number dedicated to it, indicated in the Regulations from Monday to Friday from 08.30 to 18.00 and on Saturdays from 09.00 to 13.00.
It is possible to write to the Health Center by simply and quickly accessing the reserved area on the website www.healthassistance.it by clicking on the complaints assistance request section, or by sending a fax to the number 06/77607611.

The progress of both direct and indirect procedures can be verified independently by accessing the reserved Health Assistance area.
By direct form we mean a service performed in an affiliated healthcare facility with the application of preferential rates and without advance payment of the entire amount which will be paid directly to the Facility following authorization by Health Assistance.
Requesting direct assistance is simple and fast.
  • 1. Make an appointment with an affiliated health facility by contacting the health center by telephone or using the BOOK function in the Health Assistance portal
  • 2. Access the Reserved Area and choose the TAKING CHARGE section, fill in the required fields and upload the necessary medical documentation.

A constantly updated list is available in the Reserved Area in the Structures section, easily consultable thanks to the geolocation system.
To verify the agreement with a doctor, we invite you to contact the chosen affiliated healthcare facility directly and write the name in the relevant field of the Taking Charge (P.I.C.) section.
To arrange an agreement with Health Assistance for doctors, it is necessary to go through a health facility that has an agreement. The only professionals who can make the agreement are the dentists who are also present among the affiliated structures in the reserved area.
“Indirect health care” means access to a healthcare service for which the patient has paid the expense in advance and which is carried out at an affiliated or non-affiliated facility and therefore subsequently requests reimbursement.
Requesting a refund indirectly is simple and fast.
  • 1 Access the Reserved Area
  • 2 Fill in the fields in the “New Refund Request” section
  • 3 Upload the necessary documentation or alternatively you can send the request via fax to the number 067607611 with the relevant form.

“Yes, of course, we recommend always choosing the Network structures not only directly, but also indirectly. In this case it will be necessary to quickly and easily download the appropriate Indirect Network Access Form by visiting the website www.healthassistance.it “Forms” section, and have it stamped by the facility on the day of the service. This form must be attached to the refund request.”

If the signed Health Benefit Regulation provides for the application of the Nulla Osta procedure for hospital services (such as hospitalization, day hospital or outpatient surgery), it is necessary to send the appropriate form, present on the website www.healthassistance.it in the forms section , at the email address richiestanullaosta@healthassistance.it.

Health Assistance, having assessed the preference on the type of support offered by Health Assistance and verified whether the healthcare facility has adhered to our convention agreement for the specific service, issues the authorization within 10 days of receiving the form.
The booking of the hospital service, for the Subsidies that require the Nulla Osta procedure, takes place after the issue of the Nulla Osta itself.
